The Building Industry Fairness (Security of Payment) Act 2017 QLD (BIFA) outlines provisions for the payment of builders, subcontractors and suppliers of construction goods. CSM is experienced with preparing, submitting or assisting you with BIFA payment claims, payment schedules, adjudication applications and/or responses.
